Risk Management Analyst

About the Role
The role holder is responsible for overseeing and managing Technology Risk Management to ensure high performance standards, continuous improvement, and effective risk mitigation plans. This position exists to define goals, provide risk management guidance, and serve as a center of excellence for the organization. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Core Responsibilities

• Represent and act as the unit risk champion to facilitate and implement risks & business continuity strategy, framework, methodologies, processes, procedures, and requirements in coordination with enterprise risk management.
• Identify with unit sector stakeholders business risks related to the unit (financial, operational, technical, and regulatory) and ensure well-defined risk mitigation plans are in place as per the Enterprise Risk Management framework & guidelines.
• Develop and update the unit business continuity and risk mitigation plans for identified business risks & provide required periodic/ad-hoc reports to enterprise risk management.
• Lead the engagement with unit sector stakeholders to define the internal control register and report required progress & updates to enterprise risk management.
• Ensure risk frameworks & practices are developed and applied consistently and coherently within the unit in accordance with the GRC framework and guidelines set by corporate controlling functions.

Nature of Experience

• Prior experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in organizational Compliance strategies, Governance, and Risk Management.
• Prior experience in leading laws and regulations at the organizational level.
• Prior experience in Corporate Governance and GRC.
