THE DEPARTMENT
The Talent and Culture Department is dedicated to attracting and nurturing personnel who are passionate about delivering authentic and impactful experiences. A culture of mastery and relationship-building is promoted, allowing talent to refine their craft and develop enduring connections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in on-the-job training and development activities
- Gain exposure to corporate senior leaders and engage in workshops
- Pursue individualized self-paced learning opportunities
- Develop skills and competencies needed to progress into leadership roles
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduates holding a bachelor's degree or higher with excellent academic performance
- Less than two years of post-graduate work experience
- At least two internships, or one six-month equivalent internship experience in leading companies, irrespective of the industry
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in the local language is advantageous
