Responsibilities:
- Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to the Foreman.
- Organize manpower resources, equipment, and material availability.
- Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
- Provide technical advice to Technicians to ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
- Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
- Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
- Conduct Toolbox talks before commencing work.
- Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
- Encourage reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
- Participate in Safety audits.
- Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
- Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform related works.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities.
- Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Mature judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Ability to achieve business results while working in a multi-cultural environment.
