RPA Automation - AI Engineer

The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligent Automation Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and Playwright, coupled with a solid foundation in software development, integration technologies, process optimization, and enterprise automation frameworks.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the company's automation journey by developing scalable, resilient, secure, and audit-ready automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, compliance, and customer experience. This role requires an individual who combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking, stakeholder management capabilities, and a passion for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Node.js and Playwright
• Design scalable test automation frameworks for web-based wealth platforms
• Execute functional, regression, and API test automation
• Validate trading workflows, portfolio management, and STP flows
• Collaborate with developers and business teams in Agile squads
• Ensure high-quality releases with strong defect tracking and reporting

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in banking/wealth management domain preferred
• Strong analytical, scripting, and problem-solving skills required
