RPA Automation Specialist

We are looking for an RPA Automation Specialist who will play a crucial role in identifying inefficiencies, optimizing financial processes, and driving automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

About the Role & Opportunity:
The RPA Automation Specialist is responsible for:

• Conducting gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in finance workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, compliance, and consistency.
• Collaborating with finance stakeholders to define best practices and establish KPIs for process performance tracking.
• Developing a roadmap for automation initiatives aimed at improving processes such as Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Expense Management, and Tax Compliance.
• Identifying and deploying automation solutions, including RPA and AI-driven analytics, to enhance reporting accuracy and risk assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and providing training for finance teams on new automated processes.

Skills, Education & Experience Required:

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in finance process automation, digital transformation, or financial operations.
• Experience with RPA and AI-based finance solutions, as well as workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in RPA tools, ERP systems, or Data Analytics (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, SAP FI Certification, Power BI Certification) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite) and BI/reporting tools.
