RPA Automation Specialist

The RPA Automation Specialist will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, optimizing financial processes, and driving automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting gap analysis, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implementing automation solutions to improve finance workflows while ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Collaborating with finance stakeholders to define best practices and establish KPIs for process performance tracking.
• Analyzing and improving finance workflows, policies, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Developing a roadmap for automation projects, prioritizing based on timelines and expected ROI in alignment with the company’s digital transformation goals.
• Deploying automation solutions, including RPA, ERP integrations, AI, OCR, and workflow platforms in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
• Creating automated financial dashboards to improve reporting accuracy, cash flow forecasting, and risk assessments through AI-driven analytics.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and providing training for finance teams on new automated processes.

Skills, Education & Experience Required:

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in finance process automation, digital transformation, or financial operations.
• Experience with RPA, AI-based finance solutions, and workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in RPA tools, ERP systems, or Data Analytics (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, SAP FI Certification, Power BI Certification) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite) and BI/reporting tools.
