RPA Developer - Blue Prism

As an RPA Developer - Blue Prism at Virtusa, you will be responsible for:

• Building process automations in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem-solving issues that arise in the daily running of Blue Prism processes, providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager, and contributing to the change control process.
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the UAT and roll-out phases.

Qualifications:

• Solid end user computing skills.
• Understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines.
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies (e.g., AGILE, Waterfall, V&V Model).
• Strong aptitude for logic and mathematics.
• Good interpersonal skills to interview colleagues, gather business process details, and identify solution requirements.
• A logical approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify the source of errors.
• A self-starter who delivers high-quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either independently or as part of a team.
