RPA Specialist

Join a national digital transformation programme driving automation across critical public and enterprise processes as an RPA Specialist. In this role, you’ll design and implement automation workflows that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across departments and systems.

You’ll work closely with business analysts, developers, and process owners to identify automation opportunities, build RPA bots, and ensure secure deployment in a cloud-enabled environment. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of process design and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate business processes suitable for automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Integrate automation workflows with ERP, CRM, and document management systems.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, and audit mechanisms.
• Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing for automated processes.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and IT to ensure governance and compliance.
• Monitor bot performance and optimize for reliability and scalability.
• Maintain documentation for process design and solution architecture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA development and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Solid understanding of process mapping, bot orchestration, and automation governance.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, VBScript) and APIs.
• Knowledge of ERP or identity platform integrations (SAP, UAE Pass) preferred.
• Certification in an RPA platform is a plus.
