As an RSA IGA Consultant, you will play a vital role in implementing RSA Governance & Lifecycle solutions at customer environments, coordinating technical activities to ensure contract specifications are met. This position requires you to build strong relationships with clients, understand their priorities and challenges, and become a trusted advisor. You will also identify sales opportunities and collaborate with sales and Global Services experts.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Implement RSA Governance & Lifecycle solutions based on recommended best practices.
- Collaborate closely with RSA Architects to determine the best implementation methods.
- Provide technical and consultative leadership on IAM solutions across complex projects.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate technical solution teams to fulfill contractual obligations and keep project managers informed.
- Apply IAM expertise with hands-on skills in Oracle databases, LDAP, Active Directory, Java, Linux, and cloud infrastructure.
Essential Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databases (preferably Oracle)
- LDAP & Active Directory
- Java, Linux, Web Application Servers
- Cloud infrastructure and web technologies
Desirable Requirements:
- Development experience (Java, Shell scripting)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant fields.
- 5+ years of experience in consulting and implementation/installation using leading security products.
- Industry certification like CISSP and/or CISM is a plus.
Work Conditions:
