Position

Join Microsoft’s Ru’aa Program, tailored for Saudi Nationals, designed to accelerate employability and create market impact through early career recruitment and skilling programs. As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) intern, you will understand customers’ industry and business processes, which may include an industry or vertical focus such as Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. You will promote the adoption of technology by helping customers optimize the use of Microsoft products, demonstrating features beyond core functionality, and ensuring best practice adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Seek information about customers through research to learn about their business needs and strategies, keeping up to date with their business outcomes.
  • Communicate customer insights to internal teams and demonstrate the business value of solutions for the customer organization.
  • Build relationships with customer team members and act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback around technical capabilities and insights with internal teams.
  • Coordinate internal peers across functions to support business outcomes and enable customer success through collaborative efforts.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or must be recent graduates.
  • Saudi nationality and legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for technology and a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., in cloud technology - Azure) preferred but not required.

Program Overview
The internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications and skills, on-the-job training, including mentorship, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life scenario assignments. The program is divided into two key phases:

  • Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month):
    • Introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
    • Technical skilling to obtain Microsoft technical certifications.
    • Professional skills courses including project management and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Phase 2 - On-the-job Training (5 months):
    • Join as a CSAM Intern for on-the-job shadowing and training.
    • Support Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
    • Participate in advanced technology trainings, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
