Key Responsibilities:
- Feature & Module Development: Assist in developing the internet lending system, including loan origination, risk decisioning, transaction processing, and ledger, while ensuring stability and data consistency under high concurrency.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, idiomatic code, conduct comprehensive unit and integration testing, and participate in code reviews for maintainability and adherence to best practices.
- Architecture Evolution: Engage in Domain-Driven Design modeling and discussions on microservices architecture, aiding in creating scalable and maintainable system blueprints.
- AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI coding tools for code generation, refactoring, test coverage, and troubleshooting, and contribute to the team’s AI-assisted development workflow.
- Performance & Stability: Participate in performance tuning, resolving memory safety issues and database bottlenecks, ensuring services meet financial-grade SLAs.
- International Collaboration: Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and cross-departmental communication in English.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Working English proficiency for technical discussions, code reviews, and written communication.
- Backend Experience: Minimum of 3 years in backend development, with experience in at least one high-performance language (Rust, Go, Java, or C++).
- Architecture Knowledge: Understanding of Domain-Driven Design and experience with distributed systems.
- Database Skills: Proficient with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including efficient SQL query writing.
- AI Engineering Mindset: Willingness to incorporate AI coding tools into daily tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Rust, particularly knowledge of Tokio, Serde, and SQLx.
- Familiarity with caching and messaging middleware, such as Redis or Kafka.
- Background in Fintech or core lending system development.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies (K8s, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Contributions to the Rust open-source community or technical writing.
