What you’ll be doing

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulations
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Provide administrative support to management and the team
• Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Facilitate internal communication and support project management activities

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Discretion and confidentiality are imperative
