Position

As RVP of Professional Services for Emerging Markets (Middle East and Africa), you will serve as the most senior technical leader at the company, responsible for building, scaling, and driving the performance of the Professional Services organization. This includes oversight of both the Forward Deployed Engineering and Customer Success Engineering teams within a remote, full-time position based in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership: Manage the regional Professional Services P&L, budget, and operating plan to achieve margin targets and maintain overall financial health.
  • Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead, scale, and develop the Professional Services organization, focusing on resource management and team delivery against business needs.
  • Delivery Excellence: Define and govern the service delivery methodology to ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Executive Engagement & Alignment: Act as the senior technical point of contact for strategic enterprise customers, engaging with C-level stakeholders and aligning with Global Engineering.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Deep experience with enterprise AI/ML platforms, MLOps, and deployment architectures across regulated environments.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven experience leading complex technical teams and managing across diverse geographies.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of post-sales technical functions and their relationship to revenue retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10–14 years in software engineering or AI/ML roles, with at least 4 years in senior management or VP-level positions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MS or PhD preferred.
  • Regional Experience: Demonstrated experience in the MEA region, with an appreciation for its cultural and commercial diversity.
