Position

Our platform and applications integrate into core business processes, enabling teams to develop, deliver, and govern AI at scale. As RVP of Professional Services for Emerging Markets (Middle East and Africa), you will be the most senior technical leader responsible for building, scaling, and driving the performance of the company's Professional Services organization. This includes overseeing both the Forward Deployed Engineering and Customer Success Engineering teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle, from scoping and pitching professional services engagements to ensuring high-quality delivery and production-grade operationalization, while maintaining P&L responsibility for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership: Manage the regional Professional Services P&L, budget, and operating plan to meet margin targets and ensure financial health of services.
  • Professional Services Team Leadership & Scaling: Lead, scale, and develop the Professional Services organization, manage resource utilization, and oversee workforce planning.
  • Delivery Excellence & Operational Rigor: Define and govern service delivery methodologies, enforce technical standards, and monitor customer satisfaction and delivery quality.
  • Executive Engagement & Alignment: Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic enterprise customers, engaging with C-level stakeholders and ensuring alignment with global strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Experience in deploying enterprise AI/ML platforms across cloud and on-premise environments, including strong architectural understanding of MLOps and model CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leadership & Management: Proven experience leading and scaling technical teams, with strong executive-level communication skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the commercial dynamics of post-sales technical functions, including delivery efficiency and its impact on revenue retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10–14 years in software engineering or AI/ML technical roles; a minimum of 4 years in a senior management or VP-level position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MS or PhD preferred.
  • Cloud Experience: Expert-level hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform.
  • Regional Experience: Demonstrated experience working across the MEA region.
