THE TEAM
The Engineering team at the company is responsible for ensuring the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely to support exceptional guest and associate experiences. Through proactive maintenance, effective planning, and strong vendor partnerships, the team plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the property. You will report to the Director of Engineering and work closely with engineering associates, vendors, and cross-functional departments to support daily operations and departmental performance.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Coordinate procurement, receiving, and inventory control activities for engineering supplies, equipment, and materials
- Monitor vendor relationships, purchase orders, service agreements, and deliveries to support operational requirements
- Support preventive maintenance planning and track engineering work orders to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, reports, and departmental files
- Assist with departmental budgeting, financial reporting, accruals, and administrative processes
- Supervise daily engineering assignments and support the team in achieving operational and safety standards
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have experience in engineering administration, facilities coordination, procurement, or hotel operations
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- You have experience working with inventory management systems, reports, and administrative processes
- You are confident using Microsoft Office applications and computerized management systems
- You possess strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, contractors, and vendors
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering operational excellence in a hospitality environment
