As part of the finance team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering Purchase Orders in BirchStreet and tracking any missing items with the receiving team.
- Coordinating with other departments on requisitions and possible orders.
- Maintaining a record of all requisitions that are pending conversion into Purchase Orders.
- Managing the Market List in the system, ensuring descriptions and prices are updated as required.
- Extracting monthly reports for Open Purchase Orders and keeping the system organized without pending POs.
- Following up with suppliers on pending deliveries.
- Coordinating between departments to ensure a proper plan for future orders.
- Assisting the Receiving and Finance teams as required.
