Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company location’s social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram by creating a refined content calendar for the year, engaging with followers, and identifying opportunities to enhance social media visibility.
- Manage the hotel's website and online media platforms such as TripAdvisor, ensuring all content is up to date and adheres to brand standards.
- Create and design promotional materials, including hotel collateral, F&B outlet visuals and menus, advertising, and festive brochures consistent with company standards.
- Assist in managing marketing resources to maximize revenue potential for total hotel operations.
- Develop a program of innovative marketing events and activities that maintain a creative schedule tailored to each business segment and outlet.
- Collaborate positively with operational teams to implement their ideas into the marketing and social media strategies.
- Develop tasteful creative concepts that represent the positioning and personality of each restaurant or business.
- Ensure timely approval of campaigns in line with the hotel's communication strategy.
- Work within corporate identity guidelines established in the graphic standards manual.
- Coordinate efforts with third-party organizations such as banks, airlines, and retail businesses for mutual marketing benefits.
- Strive to exceed departmental business objectives set in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Build and maintain effective databases, ensuring guest data integrity.
- Implement and control a yearly event program that enhances awareness and revenue flow for F&B outlets, Sense Spa, and accommodations.
- Stay informed about new revenue tools to help identify niche marketing ideas supporting the hotel’s innovation and creativity.
- Support the core marketing strategy for the company location’s launch campaign by market segment.
- Prepare statistical reports reflecting the return on investment of key marketing initiatives and compile monthly revenue statistics that highlight historical and projected business trends for Rooms, F&B, and C&B.
- Ensure that the events calendar is accurately represented within the web and e-commerce strategy in accordance with company policy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Ensure that standards are consistently upheld at a superior level.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks including processing complimentary and entertainment forms, database updates, and following up on purchase orders.
