As Plant Supervisor - Engineering, you will help ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of the property's mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. You will supervise engineering activities, support preventative maintenance programs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, compliant, and exceptional environment for guests and associates.

YOUR ROLE
- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of plant equipment, utilities, and building systems.
- Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in resolving technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and operational documentation.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You will be part of the Engineering team, working closely with operational departments to maintain the highest standards of safety, functionality, and guest comfort across the property. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will support the day-to-day management of engineering operations and contribute to the effective maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and building systems.
