This role offers the opportunity to support SAP S/4HANA initiatives that have meaningful business impact. As an S/4HANA Functional Consultant, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape solutions, improve processes, and help ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions.
- Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA business processes.
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support enhancement requests, changes, and production issues.
- Perform impact assessments and contribute to solution design.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support deployment and release activities.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other SAP stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and support user adoption.
- Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one core SAP S/4HANA functional area, with solid experience in SAP functional configuration and business process optimization.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and producing clear solution documentation.
- Experience with solution design and impact assessment.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including experience facilitating workshops.
- Very good command of English.
- Availability during UAE business hours with sufficient overlap with the UAE-based project team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Experience with end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA and related SAP modules.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or other large enterprise environments.
- Experience working in structured SAP delivery environments, particularly SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience supporting international business stakeholders.
