Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service by understanding customer needs and presenting relevant products and services.
- Educate customers on purchase options and provide insights on technology trends both within and outside of the company.
- Mentor store team members on the company products, services, and effective customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain product knowledge by staying updated on the company’s offerings, sales processes, and competitive market analysis.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate the company’s values of diversity and respect.
- Perform additional tasks as required, including providing support in other areas of the store.
Minimum Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
- Experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
