Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to the company customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchasing methods.
- Stay up to date on the company's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
- Support peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about the company's products and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
- Maintain accuracy and follow guidance while performing various tasks as needed including customer service and store support.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting diverse perspectives and being curious about learning from others.
- Demonstrate the company's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Reliable attendance in line with local laws and subject to approved accommodations.
- Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
