As a SAAS Account Executive at Oracle, you will contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations. You will execute Oracle Applications strategy across the territory, deliver Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and manage renewals. Your role includes closing business and ensuring proper pipeline coverage, while maximizing returns from demand generation campaigns. You will build strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s full SaaS Strategic pillars, identifying new business opportunities and partnering with existing customers for upselling and renewals.

Responsibilities
- Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
- Deliver ARR and renewals through the execution of Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory.
- Close business and deliver on sales quotas.
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage and optimize demand generation campaigns.
- Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
- Update sales forecasts, record activities, and build opportunity close plans.
- Prepare and participate in business review and value assessment meetings with customers.
- Act as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and customers/partners.
- Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives and participate in large deals execution.
- Drive account and territory planning.
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of sales experience.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Strong performance drive and a proven track record in sales achievements.
- Ability to analyze potential customer requirements and effectively position Oracle application solutions.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple organizational levels, including C-Level.
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a focus on integrity and gravitas.
