SAAS Account Executive - Western Region

As a SAAS Account Executive, you will contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations while executing Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory. Your primary focus will be on delivering Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and renewals by closing business and achieving your sales quota. You will ensure proper pipeline coverage, maximizing return from demand generation campaigns, and progress opportunities effectively. Building strong customer relationships to support their digital transformation and identifying new business opportunities will be essential parts of your role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quota against target by closing business
• Ensure proper pipeline coverage with effective progression, conversion, and participation rates
• Establish and strengthen customer relationships focused on Oracle’s SaaS strategic objectives
• Partner with existing customers for upselling and renewable business opportunities
• Update sales forecasts, record activities, and build opportunity close plans
• Prepare and attend business reviews and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers
• Act as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and existing customers and partners
• Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives for large deal execution
• Ensure effective onboarding and follow-up for new projects

Candidate Profile / Skills

• Proven performance drive and track record in sales achievements
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and position Oracle application solutions
• Excellent communication skills across multiple organization levels, including C-Level
• Native Arabic speaker with positivity and integrity
• Capable of working well with stakeholders
