SaaS Commercial Manager - ECEMEA

As a SaaS Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for defining and negotiating commercial solutions to meet complex customer business requirements. This role involves working closely with the sales team to create coherent negotiation strategies backed by solid concession plans, handling contractual negotiation processes, and leading transformational deals. You will also engage on projects with a commercial focus, driving initiatives within the overall business strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the commercial and contractual needs of the customers and to deliver value through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the account team to understand customer requirements and identify value in Oracle SaaS proposals.
• Support sales teams in developing commercial solutions and presenting internal business cases.
• Serve as a commercial subject matter expert across various lines of business.
• Manage customer expectations and concerns during the contractual negotiation process, working alongside Legal and Sales teams.

What You'll Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable negotiating with C-Level executives.
• Proven influencing skills and experience in commercial negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex negotiations simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at the Sales VP level.
• Proficient in articulating Oracle's position on complex issues.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with SaaS or PaaS is desirable.
