What you will do
- Accurately forecast and achieve revenue objectives while defining sales territories and setting quotas
- Set and manage performance criteria, including pipeline, account penetration, and activity levels
- Build personal credibility and manage internal networks and relationships
- Establish and manage cross-functional processes, services, and internal account sharing
- Create and manage short-term and long-term business plans
- Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and fostering customer relationships
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 10 years enterprise software sales experience with 3+ years in a successful sales management role or equivalent
- Essential experience of leading teams of Field Sales Representatives
- Preferable experience in SaaS
DEMONSTRATED SKILLS
- Proficiency in recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating enterprise software sales teams
- Proven track record managing enterprise software sales teams and exceeding sales goals
- Extensive experience selling to C-level clients and delivering value propositions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on complex contract negotiations
- Strong leadership competencies and success managing cross-functional teams
