About the Role
This is a predominantly site-based role, focusing on the coordination and supervision of all activities undertaken by the project and contractors. Under the general direction of the Project HSE Manager, you will provide guidance and subject matter expertise on project requirements, ensuring effective communication with both the project team and contractors concerning all field activities required for the successful completion of the works.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely provision of additional/supporting information needed by the project and contractors for work execution.
- Provide HSE assistance to the Project Management Team, collaborating closely with project superintendents and supervisors.
- Offer HSE assistance and direction to project teams and contractors.
- Coordinate activities and minimize interface issues and risks.
- Monitor and review activities, driving contractors toward timely execution of works.
- Promote a safe working environment on site, ensuring that all HSE goals are achieved by project direct and contractor personnel.
- Prepare and control work permits as applicable.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on contractor competencies, procedures, documents, and work processes.
- Ensure that contractor staffing and competencies are maintained throughout the project phase, aligned with their manpower and execution plans.
- Develop project training packages and deliver them to the Project Management Team and contractor management.
- Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in related projects.
- Strong supervisory background with practical experience in a multi-national culture.
