Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety training programs tailored to specific operational needs.
- Conduct training sessions covering safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback and incident reports.
- Stay updated on latest safety regulations and trends in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries.
- Assist in accident investigations and facilitate safety audits as required.
- Prepare training materials and documentation related to safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health or Environment, or an Associates Degree or two-year Diploma in Industrial Safety or Safety Training, or a High School or Vocational School Diploma in Industrial Safety or Safety Training.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Minimum score requirements:
- IELTS: 6.0
- TOEFL:
- Internet-Based: 60
- Paper-Based: 498
- Computer-Based: 171
- Work Experience:
- With Degree: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Oil & Gas field.
- Without Degree: Minimum of eleven (11) years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in Oil & Gas and knowledge of the Petrochemical industry.
- Expertise in safety and emergency procedures.
- Understanding of sociology, health, and environment.
- Familiarity with environmental standards.
- Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, and NSC.
- Strong training and instructional delivery skills.

Contract and Travel Details
