Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on safety regulations and procedures.
- Assess training needs and determine appropriate training methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, and other relevant safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant progress.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation for employees regarding safety concerns.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Health or Environment, OR
- Associate Degree or two-year Diploma in Industrial Safety or Safety Training, OR
- High School or Vocational School Diploma in Industrial Safety or Safety Training.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Minimum Score Requirements:
- IELTS: 6.0
- TOEFL:
- Internet-Based: 60
- Paper-Based: 498
- Computer-Based: 171
- Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in Oil & Gas; knowledge of the petrochemical industry.
- Expertise in safety and emergency procedures.
- Understanding of sociology, health, and environment.
- Familiarity with environmental standards.
- Certifications in OSHA, NEBOSH, and NSC.
- Strong training and instructional delivery skills.
- Work Experience:
- With Degree: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Oil & Gas field.
- Without Degree: Minimum of eleven (11) years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

Contract and Travel Details
