Responsibilities
- Customer Development and Performance Achievement: Develop key customers, logistics clients, and overseas warehouse projects; execute sales plans, achieve performance targets, and expand market share.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good communication with customers through follow-ups; stay updated on their needs, retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction, and implement long-term strategic cooperation plans.
- Business Plan Development and Execution: Develop project solutions based on market information and business objectives; oversee their implementation, including quotation, contract negotiation, and signing.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Collect payments from customers on credit terms; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer exceptions and ensure timely cash recovery.
- Market Information Collection and Feedback: Gather market information, customer needs, and competitor promotional policies; provide timely follow-up and feedback to support the company's marketing strategies.
- Project Risk Control: Monitor project progress throughout the entire lifecycle; control project risks and resolve issues that arise during project operations.
- Supporting Internal Improvement: Provide feedback on market and customer needs to drive internal IT system or process improvements; assist in the development of other departmental projects.
