Sales Analyst Digital Transformation

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Section Analyst for Digital Transformation to lead initiatives in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Systems Integration, Automation, Data Governance, and Artificial Intelligence. This position in Saudi Arabia focuses primarily on transforming Sales Performance, Dealer Network Development (DND), and Non-Technical Training through integrated data and digital tools. A secondary goal is the development of scalable digital, data, and AI capabilities to support broader functions within the organization. In this role, you will act as the business-side technical lead and product owner, bridging the gap between various functions and IT, while translating operational needs into functional and technical requirements, integrating systems, automating data processes, and providing actionable insights.

In this Role You Will:

Digital Transformation & Business Solutions

• Own and maintain the prioritized transformation roadmap and backlog with a focus on Sales Performance, DND, and Non-Technical Training.
• Map current processes, identify manual and repetitive activities, and redesign priority workflows using approved digital solutions.
• Develop internal solutions including dealer assessments, DND expansion tracking, training tools, workflow approvals, and reporting automation.
• Assess vendor proposals for technical soundness, scalability, integration, security, and total cost of ownership.
• Measure benefits realized from changes, such as time saved, errors reduced, and overall user adoption.

Business Intelligence, Power BI & Enterprise Performance Management

• Own the enhancement of the Sales Performance Dashboard into an integrated performance-management environment.
• Establish the Power BI architecture and standards for dashboards, reusable data models, and deployment processes.
• Define a common KPI architecture to prevent duplicate or conflicting reporting.
• Build various views for different stakeholders with drill-down capabilities across multiple dimensions.
• Expand analytics efforts into training, customer experience, productivity, and other approved functions.

Systems Integration, Data Engineering & Architecture

• Map current systems and data flows across various platforms including Salesforce and SAP, and document ownership and dependencies.
• Identify manual interfaces and data quality issues while defining future integration priorities.
• Document API requirements, business rules, and governance for integrations and data flows.
• Coordinate technical feasibility assessments with IT and enterprise system owners.
• Maintain important system documentation including architecture and integration maps.

Business-to-IT Translation & Technical Product Ownership

• Lead workshops to convert needs into business requirement documents and user stories.
• Act as a technical bridge between business functions and IT while respecting governance structures.
• Coordinate feasibility assessments, solution design, and manage the development lifecycle.
• Maintain a dependency and risk register related to digital transformation efforts.
• Escalate blocked dependencies and track their resolution.

AI, Automation & Advanced Analytics

• Develop an actionable AI roadmap focused on measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize and execute on AI use cases for sales insights, forecasting, and more.
• Drive the implementation of Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity use cases ensuring compliance and oversight.
• Prototype automation opportunities and coordinate further development.
• Define success measures for AI use cases before scaling.

Cross-Functional Analytics: Sales, CRM, DND & Training

• Provide analytics for various sales dimensions and dealer performance indicators.
• Monitor lead quality and conversion metrics across multiple sources.
• Analyze DND performance and support digital tracking initiatives.
• Integrate training data and automate reporting to analyze competency results effectively.

Data Governance, Quality, Security & Single Source of Truth

• Establish and maintain a data governance operating model covering access, security, and quality control.
• Maintain data dictionaries and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate the resolution of data quality issues.

End-to-End Delivery, Change, Vendor & Benefit Management

• Manage the entire solution lifecycle from initial definition through to enhancement.
• Coordinate across different functional areas and technology vendors.
• Drive user adoption and manage change within the organization.
• Monitor and track the benefits realized from new implementations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Data Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in areas like Digital Transformation, Data/BI, or Systems Integration.
• Strong experience with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft 365.
• Business knowledge in areas such as automotive or dealer operations is strongly preferred.
• Competencies in stakeholder management, project leadership, and executive communication.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory; Arabic is preferred but not required.
