Key Responsibilities:
- Run Daily and Weekly Management on OIT and relevant KPIs
- Analyze actual performance metrics and provide feedback and improvement suggestions to sales leadership
- Provide funnel analysis for monthly and quarterly business plans
- Partner with sales leadership to develop an accurate forecast that will enable the company to achieve its goals
- Partner with the sales team to improve NPS
- Act as a liaison (for order booking) between market and central team and ensure swift and clean order booking
- Adopt and support standard work across territory for Sales Operations
- Provide training and consultation to SFDC users regarding the company Sales Process and relevant KPIs
Qualifications:
- Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/able to register in NAFIS
- Post-2024 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / Analytics
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
