Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
- Analyze sales trends and regional performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Incorporate external market, regulatory, and economic factors into reporting and strategic analysis.
- Support territory design and optimization using customer, market, and performance data.
- Partner with sales leadership on quota planning, target setting, and revenue forecasting.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Provide analysis on EMEA-specific regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, data localization, and data sovereignty requirements.
- Ensure reporting methodologies align with both global standards and regional compliance needs.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, planning, and reporting systems.
- Develop efficient reporting processes that support business and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
- Deliver executive-level insights to support territory planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and developing actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales operations processes, including forecasting, quota setting, and performance management.
- Knowledge of EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and data sovereignty considerations.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience leveraging external data sources to support market and business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Financial Analysis.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Sales organizations, preferably within the technology sector.
- Exposure to EMEA markets and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment is highly desirable.
