Key Accountabilities:
- Source and facilitate home finance applications for customers throughout the onboarding journey.
- Meet individual monthly targets consistently.
- Identify business development opportunities to enhance sales.
- Attend to after-sales queries until the customer receives the full disbursement of funds for construction.
- Provide support to customer requests while securing home finance.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction with services provided.
- Adhere to turnaround times (TAT) and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Complete daily submissions meeting documentation and credit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all company processes, standard operating procedures, and local Central Bank requirements.
- Verify that all appropriate Know Your Customer (KYC) and identification verification (ID&V) processes are completed in line with guidelines.
- Communicate accurate information to customers, avoiding mis-selling or misinformation.
Results Required:
- Achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Submit complete and accurate application documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and successful application process for customers.
- Open new avenues for sourcing business to meet monthly targets.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed TAT.
- Receive positive feedback from customers.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and relevant experience.
- Preferred experience in home finance banking.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Previous Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and customer service, preferably in home finance.
- Arabic speaking skills are a plus.
- Understanding of asset products.
- Familiarity with regulated financial services and banking industries.
