Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service while identifying and responding to client needs.
- Conduct full customer reviews to understand both immediate and future banking requirements.
- Service customers primarily through walk-ins and centrally generated lead lists, ensuring adherence to service quality standards and timelines.
- Facilitate approvals of financial products in alignment with credit policies and lending guidelines.
- Own and nurture customer relationships to enhance loyalty and increase wallet share.
- Engage with Premier customers as needed, requiring necessary training and accreditation.
- Develop and coach team members to ensure alignment with the Group's Target Operating Model (TOM).
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service with a strong ability to build lasting relationships.
- Capable of identifying customer needs and guiding them to take suitable actions.
- Familiarity with the company's credit policies and lending guidelines.
- Broad knowledge of financial planning, coupled with an understanding of the demographics of mass affluent customers.
- Proficient in referral processes alongside Premier, Advance, and Personal banking propositions.
- High accuracy in service delivery, ensuring all communications are clear and transparent.
- Professional representation of the company, demonstrating integrity and alignment with the bank's values.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure accuracy in all interactions with clients.
- Proven capability in making lending decisions in line with the bank's guidelines.
- An understanding of value creation within the premium customer segment.
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit; attestation and equivalency may be required for degrees obtained outside the UAE.
