SALES ASSISTANT

About the Role
This position supports the sales team by performing essential administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will assist in various functions, from preparing sales orders to maintaining accurate customer records, playing a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Support the preparation, processing, and follow-up of sales orders and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and data in the relevant systems.
• Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to the sales team.
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports and maintaining sales records.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and direct requests to the relevant team member when needed.
• Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Perform general administrative duties related to sales operations as assigned by the line manager.

Qualification and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
