SALES ASSISTANT

About the Role
This position is open exclusively for Emirati Nationals. The role involves providing support to the sales team in various administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support the preparation, processing, and follow-up of sales orders and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documents, and data in relevant systems.
• Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to the sales team.
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports and maintaining sales records.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and direct requests to the relevant team member when necessary.
• Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
• Perform general administrative duties related to sales operations as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
