As a Sales Development Representative, you will create new business opportunities for Builder.ai by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. Your contributions directly impact the company’s growth and success by developing a pipeline of future paying customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation activities to support sales.
- Identify target industries and organizations in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Understand challenges and goals of target industries.
- Prospect organizations using various outbound sales tools, campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly goals for qualified opportunities.
- Maintain CRM and ensure seamless communication with the sales team.
- Effectively communicate Builder’s unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Develop and optimize email and phone call templates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an SDR/Inside sales role is essential.
- Experience in a high-paced team environment while being self-driven.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop; experience in cloud computing, startups, or AI is a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree is preferred, particularly in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of sales experience.
