Position

As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead teams of SaaS Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on contacting and qualifying business accounts to achieve and exceed demand generation targets through inbound marketing source leads (MQLs) and targeted outbound campaign execution. Your key responsibilities will include driving revenue growth by progressing the team’s pipeline and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will coach your team to address customer needs in a complex sales environment and improve the overall customer experience at Oracle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, setting individual targets and conducting regular coaching and performance appraisals.
  • Drive revenue growth through successful pipeline management and relationship nurturing.
  • Recruit, develop, and invest in world-class SDRs and Team Leaders, enabling their professional growth.
  • Build strong business relationships with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Report regularly on SDR performance, including lead qualification statistics and revenue forecasts.
  • Implement programmatic marketing plans to achieve business objectives using various channels.

Requirements

  • Proven team builder and motivator with previous experience in sales relationship management.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of telebusiness operations and market analysis.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development management, preferably with knowledge of SaaS applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; a second language is favorable.
