Sales Development Representative B2B Tech - Global Market

About the Role
We’re hiring an SDR to join the Dubai team of a leading global technology company, supporting B2B customers across international markets. The company provides technology solutions to businesses worldwide and is expanding its commercial team in Dubai.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and prospect B2B customers across global markets
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Engage with business decision-makers and understand their needs
• Qualify prospects and identify new business opportunities
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or business development
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
• Confident communicator with good objection-handling skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and resilient
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or other B2B solutions is a plus
• Comfortable working with international customers and different markets
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second-language, particularly German, French, or Italian, is an advantage
