Sales Development Representative - English / German Speaker SA

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to advance their career in B2B sales and marketing within the technology sector. The main task of the SDR in the EMEA region is to identify new sales opportunities on behalf of a client. This is achieved through research, account mapping, telemarketing, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Additionally, the SDR collaborates closely with the management teams of our clients and supports market analysis, contact research, database maintenance, and reporting, depending on the company's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and email outreach (EMEA regions).
• Qualify potential customers regarding their needs, goals, and business environment.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and qualify sales opportunities.
• Document all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot) and create a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline development, and key insights from customer conversations.

Requirements:

• Residence in Europe is a prerequisite.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in outbound acquisition or prospecting is advantageous.
• A completed bachelor's degree (ideally in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication) is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a competitive and goal-oriented working environment.
