About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to further their career in B2B sales and marketing within the technology sector. The main responsibility of the EMEA SDR is to identify new sales opportunities in the EMEA regions on behalf of a client. This will be achieved through research, account mapping, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Additionally, the SDR will work closely with the management teams of our clients and support market analysis, contact research, database maintenance, and reporting as needed by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling via phone and email (EMEA regions).
- Qualify potential customers regarding their needs, goals, and business environment.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and qualify sales opportunities.
- Document all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot) as well as create a weekly report on industry trends, pipeline development, and key insights from customer conversations.
Requirements:
- Residence within Europe is a requirement.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in outbound prospecting or acquisition is an advantage.
- A completed Bachelor’s degree (ideally in sales, business administration, marketing, or communication) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a competitive and goal-oriented environment.
