Position

The Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales Specialist for the MENA market will work closely with Marketing, Solution, and User Growth teams to collect and organize sales leads that fit well with our Tech2B products. You will be responsible for detecting market opportunities and developing leads across all channels, including marketing events, industry reports, blogs, and social media. Your goal will be to ensure that our sales leads are of the highest quality, targeting potential customers effectively. Additionally, you will grade all leads and distribute them to sales representatives in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline
  • Conducting high-level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts
  • Achieving monthly & quarterly quotas of Meetings Generated and Qualified Opportunities
  • Developing sales skills, market understanding, solutions knowledge, and customer approach to generate valuable business opportunities
  • Attending training and coaching regularly and adopting proven selling methodology

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technology-related business development, SDR/Inside Sales, or lead generation
  • Fluent in English to ensure smooth interaction with stakeholders
  • Comfortable with cold calling and delivering professional sales pitches in fluent English
  • Metrics-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change
  • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably with high-tech products/services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or passion for AI technology, SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian) and capability to support cross-language business communication
  • Previous experience in high-growth or international markets
  • Experience using tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar
