Position

As a Telesales Business Development Representative, you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle's business through outbound telemarketing calls. You will match customers’ business challenges to Oracle solutions, working with sales and marketing to develop campaigns that grow our business. Your responsibilities will include engaging with new and existing customers by phone, email, and social selling. You will also identify sales opportunities in new and existing accounts, making calls to customers and prospects, setting up customer meetings, and creating a sales pipeline. The role requires strong communication and social selling skills, as well as the ability to analyze data to improve customer outreach.
