Position

You’ll be at the forefront of our sales engine, generating and qualifying high quality leads for our Account Executives across the Middle East and Africa. Through proactive outreach—including cold calling, you’ll engage prospective customers and create new business opportunities.

While the phone is your primary tool, you’ll use a mix of channels to connect, qualify, and build pipeline. You’ll then hand over strong opportunities to Account Executives, directly contributing to revenue growth. Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads, obtain contact information, and begin targeting campaigns
  • Follow-up on all leads generated by marketing and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads
  • Articulate a sales pitch effectively, securing meetings for our Sales teams to promote the company and its key services
  • Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM
  • Strategise with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to build pipeline
  • Achieve quarterly targets to include qualified lead/meeting quota

  • Proven success in customer-facing or sales roles, with a passion for delivering value and driving results
  • Strong communicator and active listener, able to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commercially driven, with a focus on generating revenue through customer growth, retention, and expansion
  • Highly collaborative, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to progress opportunities
  • Demonstrates strong accountability, taking ownership of pipeline, targets, and customer outcomes
  • Resilient and adaptable, able to overcome objections and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacious and competitive, with a proven ability to thrive in target-driven roles
  • Curious and motivated to build expertise in cybersecurity products and services
  • Creative problem solver, able to identify needs and position solutions that deliver business value
  • Highly organised team player, able to manage multiple accounts while contributing to a high-performing sales culture
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • French language skills are a plus
