Responsibilities
- Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for the company's innovation technology solution suite and expand the team's business across MENA.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in countries across MENA, able to sell consultatively.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities.
- Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities and own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey with a good understanding of the team's products and solutions.
- Ensure accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting - Ensure smooth customer onboarding, driving customer's full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and further referrals.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- A completed bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong problem solver, resilient, and good at developing early markets and entering new markets with strong client relationship management skills.
- Sound communication and organization skills, able to influence key stakeholders from various backgrounds on complex business and technology-related topics.
- Agile and entrepreneurial, extremely result-oriented with an always-can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Additional proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable due to regular collaboration with clients and stakeholders across MENA regions.
Preferred qualifications:
- A computer science or engineering equivalent background, with strong business acumen (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in one of the following industries: Telco, cloud computing, video cloud, or AI/ML; experience as a consultative sales or solution sales specialist is a plus.
- Rich resources and relationships with regional customers and partners with proven track records, and a deep understanding of Pan Internet and emerging sectors such as gaming, eCommerce, media, sports, and entertainment.
- Experience in AI content generation and agentic solutions is a plus.
- Additional language proficiency (such as Arabic) is highly desirable for this role, as it will involve collaborating with clients from various MENA countries.
- Experience or a background in consulting will be beneficial for this role.
