The ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to the sales team and customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Address and resolve technical inquiries and issues during the sales process.
  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including RFPs and RFQs.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events as required.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product developments, features, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; relevant industry certifications and experience are also considered.
  • Hands-on experience with data warehouse and data lake platforms, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python; additional experience with modern data technologies and tools (e.g., Spark, containers, DevOps) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch or other data analytics platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with data science and machine learning technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends in Saudi Arabia.
