As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to demonstrate the value of the company while guiding organizations in automating their core business processes. You will accompany prospective customers throughout their evaluation of the company products, aiming for product wins, addressing all technical product inquiries, and coordinating presales interactions that facilitate the evaluation process.

What you'll be doing:
- Map customer requirements to our company product portfolio
- Position potential quantitative and qualitative business value of the company
- Develop individual company evaluation plans and demos for our prospects
- Conduct product demos and product-related Q&A sessions
- Support the completion of RFI/RFP documents
- Team with Account Executives to develop accounts
- Organize and execute pre-sales engagements
- Implement code snippets
- Create and maintain pre-sales content and technical artifacts
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Strong Technical Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience with solid understanding of programming fundamentals, modern software engineering practices, and common IT/system architectures.
- Proven Sales Engineering Experience: Experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales with deep understanding of sales cycles, value-based selling, and stakeholder engagement. Proficient in managing objections and finalizing deals in a consultative environment.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Turkish (C-1/C-2 level or native proficiency) and fluent in English (C1/C2 level or native proficiency), with strong written and verbal communication.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and team collaboration.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process management (BPM), process orchestration, robotic process automation (RPA), Agentic-AI, or similar areas.
- Familiarity with value-based selling, including conducting workshops and applying engineering frameworks.
- Strong understanding of process automation and orchestration product landscape along with key industry players.
- Relevant industry experience in BFSI, Logistics, Health Care/Life Sciences, or Telco.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

We provide competitive, fair, and transparent compensation based on location, reflecting local market conditions in standard and major tech hubs. The annual total target cash (including base salary and variable target) varies based on market norms, skills, experience, and location:
- United States: $146,000.00 to $235,300.00
- United Kingdom: £91,700.00 to £150,700.00
- Singapore: S$181,300.00 to S$271,900.00
