SALES EXECUTIVE

About the Role
This position is exclusively for Saudi nationals and involves selling a diverse range of the company’s products to assigned customers. The role requires active engagement with the market, customer management, and the communication of competitive activities within the area.

Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company’s products to assigned customers.
• Provide feedback regarding any competition activity within the assigned area.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review prior to market visits.
• Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Sell to all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or the accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products, if available, and secure approval from the superior before any actual return.
• Report to the team leader any problems or objections that could not be handled independently.
• Conduct a quarterly review of customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures/approvals.
