As part of a dynamic team, you will assist in crafting and executing the annual sales plan, while maintaining detailed records for potential, existing, and former clients. You will be responsible for organizing regular client visits, tracking sales activities, and ensuring client satisfaction, contributing to a thriving business environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drawing up the sales plan annually with line management.
- Maintain records of former, existing, and potential clients, along with profiles for each.
- Organize regular client visits to secure new business agreements.
- Prepare a monthly schedule to document all sales and related activities from the prior month.
- Track and record statistics related to sales accounts.
- Stay informed about operations, particularly in key departments.
- Review and investigate all complaints, ensuring follow-up actions are initiated.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, media, and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work processes.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity.
- Promote adherence to policies and procedures among colleagues.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure work continuity.
- Prepare timely, accurate reports to meet workplace objectives and standards.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by responding to needs promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
