Position

This role is the commercial front line of the shift to autonomous AI agents in customer interactions. You will engage with CX leaders, COOs, and digital transformation heads at major organizations in the region, navigating complex enterprise cycles and owning the commercial outcome. What You Will Do
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own enterprise and government ARR targets and drive meaningful, predictable revenue growth quarter over quarter
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, obsessing over deal progression and forecast accuracy
  • Strategically map every account: decision makers, influencers, blockers, budget owners, timing, and internal politics

Agentic AI Sales Execution

  • Run full sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, business case, pilot scoping, executive alignment, negotiation, and close
  • Lead value-based conversations with C-suite stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes like cost reduction and efficiency improvements
  • Sell the transformation story confidently, addressing concerns about team replacement directly

Pilot Leadership

  • Scope pilots like a consultant, defining success metrics with the customer and holding the line on them
  • Build real-time business cases and own the pilot outcome, ensuring customers see measurable value

Market & Stakeholder Development

  • Develop and maintain executive relationships across target accounts, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Consultants, Product, and Customer Support for successful customer onboarding

Requirements

  • 6-12 years of experience, with 2–5 years selling to CX/contact center buyers
  • Experience with CX and contact center metrics and a background in CCaaS, conversational AI, or CX software
  • Consultative mindset; capable of building comprehensive business cases and managing lengthy enterprise cycles
  • Native Arabic speaker with deep understanding of the Saudi/GCC market and procurement processes

Core Competencies & Experience

  • Proven track record of selling solutions that drive human-resource efficiency
  • Ability to educate buyers about emerging categories like Agentic AI and manage pilot phases
  • Strong financial acumen to build live business cases with key metrics
